Which streaming apps do you set up?
We set up any apps you want — including all major streaming services. We do not log into your accounts on your behalf without explicit permission; we guide you through it.
Does my TV need to be new?
No. We configure new and existing smart TVs. If your TV needs a firmware update or factory reset, we handle that too.
How long does the smart TV setup take?
Usually 45–90 minutes depending on the number of apps and accounts. Complex multi-profile setups may take a bit longer.
Do you calibrate picture settings?
Yes. We calibrate contrast, brightness, color temperature, and motion settings for the best picture quality in your specific room lighting.
What if I have issues after you leave?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't working right within 30 days, call us and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge.
