1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of easemytvsetup.online and all services provided by EaseMyTVSetup. By using our website or services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

EaseMyTVSetup provides professional TV installation and home entertainment services including:

  • TV wall mounting and installation
  • Smart TV configuration and setup
  • Soundbar and home theater installation
  • Cable management and concealment
  • TV repair and troubleshooting
  • Home entertainment system setup

We are an independent third-party provider. Our services are limited to technical installation, setup, and configuration assistance. We do not sell hardware, software subscriptions, or streaming plans.

3. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

EaseMyTVSetup is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any television manufacturer, brand, streaming platform, or service provider, including but not limited to Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Sony Corporation, Vizio Inc., Amazon / Fire TV, Roku Inc., Apple Inc., Google / Android TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+, or any streaming service. All product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and informational purposes.

4. Booking and Appointments

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your service requirements and location.
  • You agree to be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present during service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is safe and accessible.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to scheduling and traffic.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions or additional requirements.
  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional charges may apply for complex installations or extended service areas.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation/rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to $50.
  • No-shows may be charged a trip fee to cover travel time.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty

Our guarantee covers the physical installation workmanship for 30 days post-service. Our guarantee does NOT cover TV hardware defects or manufacturer issues, damage caused by misuse after installation, software updates or streaming service outages, or pre-existing structural problems with walls or surfaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseMyTVSetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, and images — is property of EaseMyTVSetup or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
